• If a match is abandoned or incomplete, results will be settled in accordance with hk777's betting rules.

06 Bonus & Promotions Terms

• Registering with false information or using another person's details.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to hack other members or gain unauthorized access to their accounts.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch on the Platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

• Losses caused by issues with your own device or software.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own negligence or error.
• Force majeure or unforeseeable natural or political circumstances.

Under any circumstances, hk777's maximum liability shall not exceed the funds held in your account.

11 Account Suspension or Closure

Hk777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
• As directed by the regulatory authority.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

After an account is closed, our support team will advise on the process for returning any valid balance. However, funds forfeited due to rule violations will not be refunded.

You may also request account closure at any time. Any existing balance will be made available for withdrawal before closure.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions
